Amber Rae McElravy hit her kid with a belt and threw it across the room. The victim is now at the Trumbull County Children’s Services Urgent Care Facility. McElravy’s own children live with relatives. Amber Rae mcelravy was arrested Tuesday after law enforcement officers went to her home on Scott Street in Newton Township. A video posted on social media of a child being mistreated also alerted the authorities that something was wrong.
